Hi all! How was your Monday? My day was pretty great as I got in a workout, my eats were delicious with rollovers to spare and for some reason The Husband is cleaning house while I type. I am not asking why and I am totally going with it lol.
The Husband requested these Farmer’s Egg White, Bacon and Cheddar omelettes for breakfast with berries (5 sp).Plus a tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top for my drive in (2 sp).I honestly am feeling blah this week about food and nothing sounded good for lunches. I decided I create a snack plate with everything that sounded ok.
Banana Berry Muffin (4 sp), hard boiled egg and a gigantic apple that I couldn’t finish. I did not eat my cheese stick or pistachios because this filled me up.After lunch, I headed out in the sunshine with my coworker for an hour long walk – it was fantastic and the time totally flew by.
Dinner was an exact repeat of yesterday with zero cooking involved.
