Happy Hearts Day all! I have to ask – Did you eat any pink, red or heart shaped food today? I was super tempted to make all my food heart shaped today, but, I resisted. I do hope you all had a fun filled day knowing you are loved by someone out there whether they tell you or not. I had fun being spoiled by The Husband and spoiling him today too.
Breakfast was fast as I had a busy day planned. Healthy Eggroll with blueberries. 5 sp.Today’s workout C25K 3.2 followed up by week 3 of Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution. I loved my run and Jillian’s workout was still so hard.
I am not a grapefruit person, but, I really love Trader Joe’s Pink Grapefruit Marmalade. 1/2 Tbsp is only 1 Smartpoint and it’s perfect when added to almond butter toast. 6 sp for lunch. I did have a banana too while I waited for my bread to toast.My Valentine’s Day chocolate involved finally opening these Salty Balls we bought in Hawaii.The story is great – it’s not what you all thought!!I love the chocolate to nut ratio and that they are coated with salt. There is one little macadamia in that big ball of chocolate 3 sp.The Husband picked out his Valentine’s day dinner last night complete with going to the grocery store with me.
