Weekly Menu

Hi all! How are you doing? I am doing OK for the most part. Work is still a bit crazy busy, but, I have held my own mostly maintaining my weight the past few weeks. I have managed a few workouts and swimming is what I am currently loving more than the treadmill. I really do feel like my workouts help me to deal with stress and seem to make everything more manageable. My eats could be better and that is why I am keeping up with meal planning. I will get back into my daily groove again soon but I am just not there yet.

I hope you all have a fantastic week and if I am feeling it, I will pop in to say Hi!

For now, I am off to make these 3 Point Nectarine Muffins and leave you-all with what I plan on cooking up this week.

HERE IS WHAT IS IN THE MENU THIS WEEK:

  • Lazy Chicken Enchiladas, Salad
  • 15 Minute Avocado Caprese Chicken Salad
  • WW Teriyaki Burgers, Parmesan Squash
  • WW Shrimp & Butter Bean Salad
  • BLTA or Tacos
