I love sweets ….. especially chocolate which is hard for me to resist ….. maybe some ideas how I can fit this into the plan !!! I like to see what you eat …. that was good to see new ideas ….. I just want to say Thank-you for all the great information on the new program. On Dec 6, the program will be launched in Western Canada, so I am now pretty prepared for what will be coming. I am hoping that all the new items will be available here (like the kids), so I can get everything I need to be update and help me on the new points plus journey.
I just started to read your blog and will be saving it, since I find it very informative.

OMG!! Thank you for sharing all of that great information on the new PointsPlus. I just got my handy-dandy calculator and it’s great. I kinda like it better than the online minus the receipe and tips. But when you’re in the supermarket this is a great tool.
