Hi all! How was your weekend? We had a great weekend with perfect weather. The sunny days already make me feel ready for spring. Speaking of spring & shorts weather, I am super excited to share that I lost another 1.4 lbs at weigh in.
This mornings breakfast was simple – toasted English muffin with 1 Tbsp Land O Lakes Whipped Butter and a scrambled egg for 6 sp.My activity today involved some spring cleaning and clearing. Continuing on my New Year’s Resolution list, we checked off cleaning our workout room. In the corner, I got rid of my aerobic step and VHS workouts – yep, I still had those, you know, just in case I thought for some reason, I’d jump back into a workout from the 90’s lol.
After 4 hours of cleaning, we broke for lunch. 1 point Egg Salad on top of Nature’s Own Butter Bread (3 sp, Lay’s BBQ chips (4 sp) and 1/2 a Sumo orange. As a reward for helping out carrying the heavy stuff and getting the tall spots, I bribed The Husband with Starbucks.
I got a Grande iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on top – 3 sp and a banana.I made my 3 Smartpoint Asian Turkey lettuce wraps for dinner. As I was making them, I started thinking, if you used extra lean ground turkey they would only be 2 Smartpoints.
This dinner is super easy to make. While I brown the turkey, garlic onion and ginger, I chop all the veggies and whisk the sauce.Add the turkey, nuts and pour the sauce.Toss and fill your lettuce cups.We both love these….in fact, I get my 3 lettuce wraps and he takes the rest lol. 9 sp.25 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 13K steps

Tonight we’re having white bean with chicken chili and tomorrow we’re having faux Korean beef over rice. I saved two of your menu items to use in the future – the spaghetti pie and the chicken stuffed pockets. Question about the spaghetti pie: The recipe calls for cooking the spaghetti, draining it, and then adding the eggs. Wouldn’t or couldn’t the eggs possibly scramble if added to hot pasta? It looks like a great recipe. Congratulations on the week’s weight loss. Enjoy your week.

Hi Danica. When I enter Starbucks grande iced latte with nonfat milk in the ww app it says 5 points…. did I order the wrong thing?!? Yours is 3?
DanicasDaily says
Hi Natalie,
Are you making sure it says iced? A grande nonfat hot latte is 5 Smartpoints. It will show 90 calories for the iced.
Thanks,
Danica
