Hi all! My day started early on French time with a Skype conference call so I swapped my AM workout for a lunchtime power walk. Before heading out the door, I whipped up another 3 point Sausage and Egg Scramble with berries.My stomach was growling 4 hours later so I grabbed one of my 4 point Banana Berry Muffins.I decided to do some exploring today at lunch taking a different walking trail. I discovered I now have 2 Starbucks within a 14 minute and 21 minute walk. I could drive but I feel like I earn it by walking. The trails are so beautiful too.
Grande iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on top (3 sp).On my 3 mile loop (I did it in 53 minutes including my coffee stop), I saw this squirrel stashing stuff in this huge hole. It was pretty entertaining to watch.?Lunch was another Frito Taco Salad (6 sp).The Husband requested pizza for dinner on my drive home. Keeping with my salad week theme, I made sure I ordered a small side salad with ranch (3 sp).Just so I’d eat only 1 piece of Mary’s Pizza Shack Toto’s pizza. For those wondering, I count this like Round Tables Extra Large King Arthur original crust for 8 Smartpoints.
