Hi Danica! I plan to make reservations at Lake Chalet on Lake Merrit in Oakland. They have an amazing raw bar that is calling my name!
I have bought these in the past and they are AWESOME! I would love to win a box! I plan on having a nice quiet evening at home with my husband for Valentines Day. I am going to make us a nice steak and bake!
Just tweeted about the contest!

Yum! I’m in and will now go Tweet!
I am hoping to make my husband’s favorite dish for Valentine’s day – It’s Moroccan Fish B’stilla. It’s so yummy and I made it for our anniversary. He loves it but it is a LABOR OF LOVE, bc it’s rather involved, so it’s totally a special occasion kind of dish.
Since my birthday is the next day, I’m thinking I’d like to go out to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse & have a petite filet & some spinach!
Going off to FB & post on my blog!
ps… if you’re interested in the recipe, let me know – I got it to where it’s only 5-7 p+/serving.
posted on FB as my status!

I said that sounds like the place for me! O pts. baby! Ha
Just Tweeted about it on @Elliesworld 🙂 Thanks for the chance!
It’s my tradition to treat myself to some Ferrero Rocher’s (aka the BEST chocolate ever made). I wouldn’t mind getting a ‘whack-and-unwrap’ chocolate orange though – they are IMPOSSIBLE to find here!!
I plan on cooking at home for Valentine’s Day to save money. I’d love to make a lemon flavored chicken or fish with a vegetable and rice pilaf.
I am spending Valentine’s Day with the most important person in my life – my 7 year old son, Tate, who inspires me every day to eat healthy and exercise so I have a long healthy life with him! Up until January, I used my oven for sweater storage so cooking is very new to me…he encourages me and tells me the food “isn’t so bad for a beginner”. We will be enjoying turkey black bean enchiladas!!
We love to buy fresh strawberries and dip in chocolate pudding! A little lighter than other chocolate at least!
just tweeted about the giveaway!
So excited!
telling my friend about this!
My BF and I are spending the weekend at a cottage in the woods. Plan on making him a lovely home cooked meal!
I already bought those SweeTarts V-Day hearts…and ate them. They remind me of my childhood. My mom used to buy them every Feb and I had to get a box for nostalgic purposes.
I’m going to make something from Danica’s past recipes. They’re all so good I will have to chose wisely. Something that goes with ice cream!
Posted on my status on FB too!
Those look so delicious!! This V-day, we’re planning on going out to buy some wine with dinner 🙂 Preferably red, to accompany some fresh baked gourmet pizza. Some dessert wouldn’t hurt either 😉

I was thinking of making chocolate covered strawberries but now I am thinking if I win the mini icecream treats I will make a sundae or banana split, top them with banana’s strawberries, a little carmel sauce and a cherry on top. Got to take advantage of 0 pts+ fruit!! I will be telling my WW coworkers about the giveaway.

i would also like to make a strawberry cheesecake, but i’m not sure if i trust my skills enough for our valentines dessert!
I will be celebrating by putting raisins on my oatmeal in the shape of a heart. I know it’s cheesy- but I did it last year for the boyfriend and I think it might become a tradition 🙂

Hi Danica! For Valentine’s Day I am making the WW Coconut Shrimp recipe that you shared last week. My husband and I can’t wait to try it. For dessert, I’m thinking of melting some dark chocolate to make a fruit fondue – strawberries, raspberries, apple chunks, etc.
DH and I also have our wedding anniversary at the same time as Valentine Day. We’ll have a special meal of filet mignon, the freshest vegetables the farmers market has that day, and a Trader Joe dark chocolate bar (or maybe these special Swann’s treats?). We’ll probably drink most of a bottle of California sparkling wine a.k.a champagne. DH is the best Weight Watcher supporter in the world, and I couldn’t get through a day without him. I’m a lucky woman.
Being single, I will probably take myself out for sushi:~)
