I am hoping to make my husband’s favorite dish for Valentine’s day – It’s Moroccan Fish B’stilla. It’s so yummy and I made it for our anniversary. He loves it but it is a LABOR OF LOVE, bc it’s rather involved, so it’s totally a special occasion kind of dish.
Since my birthday is the next day, I’m thinking I’d like to go out to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse & have a petite filet & some spinach!

Going off to FB & post on my blog!

ps… if you’re interested in the recipe, let me know – I got it to where it’s only 5-7 p+/serving.

I am spending Valentine’s Day with the most important person in my life – my 7 year old son, Tate, who inspires me every day to eat healthy and exercise so I have a long healthy life with him! Up until January, I used my oven for sweater storage so cooking is very new to me…he encourages me and tells me the food “isn’t so bad for a beginner”. We will be enjoying turkey black bean enchiladas!!

DH and I also have our wedding anniversary at the same time as Valentine Day. We’ll have a special meal of filet mignon, the freshest vegetables the farmers market has that day, and a Trader Joe dark chocolate bar (or maybe these special Swann’s treats?). We’ll probably drink most of a bottle of California sparkling wine a.k.a champagne. DH is the best Weight Watcher supporter in the world, and I couldn’t get through a day without him. I’m a lucky woman.

Since I don’t have a “valentine”, I’ll be celebrating with my children (my daughter’s 11th birthday is on the 16th). So, there will have to be some type of chocolate cake or gooey chocolate brownies to celebrate.

I am going to buy/consume so many cinnamon hearts after work today!!! There are tons in the staff lunch room already (people bring them in because they don’t like them… but I am a fan!).

Also, even though I don’t have a blog, I still managed to tell all my friends to check our your blog and comment for the give-away!
