    People do not understand that EVERYTHING is diet food for the meaning of diet is how you eat! Is it low fat; high fat; non concentrated sweets, the kitchen sink but hold the mayo! Even with counting points or calories or whatever nuts can certainly be healthy, as can jerky, or candy and especially popcorn. The key word is moderation and what ‘kind’ of those items one consumes. Everything that is edible fits into someones diet! Yes, I am on a diet. A lifetime of mostly healthy eating, but every once-in-awhile, splurge and just get back on your regimen the next day. Well, I have not been wordless!
