Zero Point Grilling

Happy Independence Day all! I hope you had a fun and relaxing day.  While I think it’s awesome having a day off mid week, I have to say it feels kinda weird like it’s Sunday.

I started my day with a little gardening picking these sweet cherry tomatoes.I really wanted to go out to breakfast but decided to make our breakfast in to save my points for the day.

2 oz Aidells Chicken Apple Breakfast Sausage, scrambled egg and berries. (4 sp)I decided a midweek latte was totally in order when we headed out this morning to pick up our BBQ fixin’s for tonight.

Grande iced nonfat latte with caramel on top (3 sp).Before heading out to watch the movie Tag (which was super good), we had lunch at Vasquez.

1 crunchy chicken taco (5 sp) and 1 crunchy beef taco (7 sp).Late afternoon I snacked on 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds (2 sp) with a banana and nectarine.One thing I think is awesome about grilling and WWFreestyle is Zero Point sides. Next time I am grilling peppers and mushrooms too.

3 oz BBQ pork rib (4 sp), grilled corn and grilled asparagus25 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 7K steps

Dessert for me during the waterfront fireworks we can see from our porch will be watermelon and cantaloupe with It’s It for everyone else.
