Bacon & Cheesy Eggs

July 11, 2018 by DanicasDaily Leave a Comment

Hi all! This morning I woke up hungry and I knew exactly what I wanted for breakfast. Bacon, cheesy eggs and fruit. If you know me, I never get the cheese on or in my eggs – it’s a weird texture thing and to me it doesn’t add anything.

You know what though, I actually liked today’s scramble. Egg plus 1/8 cup Trader Joe’s Lite shredded Mexican cheese, hot sauce, salt, pepper and a splash of milk. It was like pepper jack cheese eggs without being all soft.

2 slices Trader Joe’s Peppered Turkey Bacon (2 sp, 1 cheesy scrambled egg (1 sp), berries. We had a Team Coffee walk when I got to work where we all walk to Starbucks. I ordered a zero point half caf Americano.

On our walk, we passed the Turkey family. I love them.

My morning flew by and 5 hours later I was ready to dive  into my Spicy Peanut Noodles.

This time I heated them versus eating it cold and it made it like Pad Thai – so delicious! (7 sp)Served up with a big bowl of watermelon. My late afternoon salty, crunchy craving kicked in so I grabbed a bag of these Popcorners with a Pluot (4 sp). I really like the white cheddar – it reminds me of Cheetos. On my drive home, The Husband said he wanted Johnny Carinos.

I started with a side salad with ranch on the side (2 sp).I waited to dive into the bread until my salad was there because I’d eat less. You know what, it actualky worked.

I had one piece broke (about 1/4 of the loaf) into pieces (4 sp).I decided to venture out from the healthy choices to get chicken marsala thinking I’ll eat only half.

This is going to sound bad but I didn’t love it and I hate spending points on food I do not love. That definitely made it easier to eat less.

I picked off all the mushrooms, ate 1/2 a chicken breast and about 1/2 cup of pasta. (10 sp). 30 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 10K steps (I am off to walk my last 1K steps to hit my goal)
