Happy Weekend all! Thank you all for the birthday wishes – I loved reading them. I had a fantastic birthday celebrating all day. The Husband had quite a few surprises planned. It started with a couple’s massage, sushi lunch at Mikuni’s, a movie (Molly’s Game – so good I want to read the book now) and dinner at Outback.
Breakfast was my french toast casserole and a cappuccino. Snack was a banana. I had Miso and half the sushi for lunch. Dinner at Outback was a side salad with tangy tomato, 2 slices bread, 3 grilled shrimp and a cup of plain fettuccine (yes I ordered it special as it’s all I wanted lol). I won Kitchenware on my spin at Mikuni’s – a glass lol.But, the biggest unplanned surprise….putting $20 in a slot machine after our massages and winning this!!! It really was the perfect day and I feel good about my #WWFreestyle choices and using my weeklies to celebrate.
I got right back on track the next day. Breakfast and lunch were simple but exactly what I wanted. My activity was doing a deep clean of our house, laundry, planning our meals and grocery shopping too. I definitely said yes to not cooking as I was spent and we had a light dinner at Mary’s Pizza Shack.B: Tall Nonfat dirty latte (4 sp), 1 slice granola bread with 1 Tbsp Almond butter (5 sp)
L: 2 slices turkey, 1 WW Pepperjack string cheese (1 sp), 2 Tbsp pistachios (2 sp), apple
S: a red banana – it’s like a banana but with a lighter flavor
D: @Mary’s : we shared the large salad with ranch (3 sp for my dressing), 1 slice sourdough with 1 tsp butter (4 sp), 1 buffalo chicken wing (3 sp), 2 pieces of a small Napolena Pizza (6 sp)
