Hi all! How was your day? My day was busy, but, I stayed the course with healthy eats and another workout. I did a 10-10-10 workout. After a 5 minute warm up, I pushed myself for 10 minutes on the treadmill, bike and elliptical. In my head it’s just 10 minutes, no problem…but, the reality, 10 minutes is tough when your pushing yourself.

D: @Chipotle – 2 Chicken Tacos – 2 flour tortillas topped with chicken, fajita veggies, pico de gallo, corn salsa, 1/2 serving cheese, lettuce (9 Sp), a few bites of his cheese quesadilla (3 sp)
