Happy Friday Eve all! Do you ever have those days where you really wish all your food would magically appear? I fought the urge today to go out to lunch and dinner. The reward, one delicious and much healthier day even if I was temporarily grumpy because I “had to” cook dinner lol. The Husband did a great job helping me stay on track including helping me make dinner.
Breakfast was so simple but totally hit the spot. I kinda love I had “eggs and bacon” for only 4 Smartpoints.
Lunch was another serving of my Southwest Chicken Soup. I think it gets a little better each day.
I am proud I picked a frappuccino when I wanted ice cream even though I had another snack as I was still hungry.
Tonight’s dinner didn’t magically appear but lucky for me, it did not take long to make. Do you all remember this Moo Sho Pork Stir Fry. It’s loaded with flavor – salty, sweet, spicy, gingery, garlic goodness that tastes just like what you’d get in an Chinese restaurant but better. You can find this recipe in the Weight Watchers Dinners In A Flash Cookbook if you have it or you can follow this link for the recipe.
