Happy Wednesday all! The Husband decided to make us breakfast today….meaning he was no doubt going to “draw” on my Eggroll. Today’s face he said is a smiley that has blonde hair like me. He is such a clown but I love it when he cooks for me.
My lunch was not as exciting but my afternoon snack was awesome. I’ve always wanted to try a frappuccino with espresso on top and I have to say I’m totally in love with it. It’s sorta like an affogato. Part 2 of my snack involved these cute new Reese’s PB cups I picked up at Target to put in my office for everyone. I bought them for the cute polka dot blue and red packaging. I’m usually pretty good at resisting them but I was intrigued by the fact they have Reese’s pieces in them. Yep, they are as good as they sound and I’m now pretending they do not exist.
For dinner I tried recreating this cheesy chicken dish I had on our way to Chile. I grilled 2 chicken breasts, brushed with BBQ sauce, topped with ham and cheese then broiled them for a few minutes until the cheese browned a little. They were pretty tasty but next time, I’m going to use real deal pepper jack for a little spicy kick.
