Hi all! Thank you all for the nice notes and comments on my weight loss. I really feel like I’m in the groove and I definitely want to keep the momentum going. I spent today getting our offices ready to re-open tomorrow. The good news is we did it and I’m pretty proud of the “Band-Aids” that we put in place. The not so good news, today probably wasn’t one of my good star Weight Watchers days.
I was reminded on why I bring snacks today so I do not go to lunch starving. When we finally broke for lunch at 2 pm, I was ready to order everything on the menu – 1 of these, 2 of those, 3 of these. I probably didn’t need all the rolls we shared and maybe could’ve picked just one. I probably should have stopped eating sooner as I was full but mentally I just kept going. By the time I got home at 8pm, I gave in to The Husband when he said he wanted ice cream for dinner. Could’ve been better, could’ve been worse.
Definitely a higher point day, but, I’ve counted it all, I’m moving on and I plan on making tomorrow a better day.
