Daily Snap: Could’ve Been…

Hi all! Thank you all for the nice notes and comments on my weight loss. I really feel like I’m in the groove and I definitely want to keep the momentum going. I spent today getting our offices ready to re-open tomorrow. The good news is we did it and I’m pretty proud of the “Band-Aids” that we put in place. The not so good news, today probably wasn’t one of my good star Weight Watchers days.

I was reminded on why I bring snacks today so I do not go to lunch starving. When we finally broke for lunch at 2 pm, I was ready to order everything on the menu – 1 of these, 2 of those, 3 of these. I probably didn’t need all the rolls we shared and maybe could’ve picked just one. I probably should have stopped eating sooner as I was full but mentally I just kept going. By the time I got home at 8pm, I gave in to The Husband when he said he wanted ice cream for dinner. Could’ve been better, could’ve been worse.

Definitely a higher point day, but, I’ve counted it all, I’m moving on and I plan on making tomorrow a better day.

Daily Snap Recap:B: Healthy Eggroll (Mission Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortilla, Sargento RF cheddar, Fried Egg, Sriracha) – 5 sp, 1/2 cup watermelon

S: Grande iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on top (3 sp), 2 Tbsp trail mix (3 sp)

L: @Napa Valley General Store – 1 Fresh Champagne Poached Shrimp Spring Roll (2 SP), Vietnamese Salad (Greens & carrots topped w 2 oz rice noodles, 2 Tbsp peanuts, 1/4 c crunchy onions, 4 grilled shrimp with big cucumber spears topped with a sweet & spicy soy sauce plus 1 mini fried pork roll (16 SP) and worth every single one!

D: 1 cup Froyo topped with sprinkles, captain crunch and a vanilla wafers (10 sp), banana
