Hi all! Today I checked everything off my list and made some pretty tasty meals along the way. Breakfast was the usual sans Sriracha as my real deal Pepperjack gave my healthy Eggroll just enough of a kick. Lunch was so easy that I definitely am making this again. I made extra hard boiled eggs and chicken on Sunday just so I could have this high protein salad today. It was so satisfying and fun to eat.
Dinner tonight was totally planned around this bread. Do you all remember Salad Supreme? We had this fantastic garlic bread made with salad supreme when we were in San Diego that we recreated tonight. It’s super simple & addictively delicious…bread, butter and sprinkles of salad supreme. We paired it with shortcut spaghetti using Trader Joe’s Arrabiata Sauce, ground turkey, bell pepper, onion, garlic, a few sun dried tomatoes and spices plus a simple salad on the side.
