Happy Friday all! All day long I’ve been thinking about those 2 Smartpoints Mini Lemon Cranberry Muffins. As in, I may just have to make them this weekend. I’m not sure if it’s just me or not but this week seemed like one of the longest weeks ever. I’m so glad the weekend is here. This morning I harvested our first tomatoes!!!
I can say not too many of these made it through the day as we devoured them.
I also learned why I shouldn’t give The Husband the Sriracha bottle to decorate – that’s one spicy smiley! It was still delicious though.
I had an appointment out of town this after which meant lunch out at one of my absolute favorite places – Skip’s Kitchen. There salads are so good I honestly do not feel like I’m missing out on a burger and fries. I’m proud I resisted ordering anything but my salad as I was starved by the time we ate. Dinner wasn’t fancy but exactly what The Husband wanted – M&C to go with the Warriors game lol. It works and now I get to relax with my new Cooking Light & Weight Watchers magazines.

L: @Skips Kitchen: One ridiculously delicious Asian Chicken Salad (cabbage, carrots, red peppers, broccoli, red onion, Mandarin oranges, cashews, avocado, won tons, chicken & sesame dressing on the side) plus 1 criss cut fry (9 SP)
D: Trader Joe’s Light String Cheese (2 sp), 1 cup Trader Joe’s Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese (8 sp)

I’m excited for my Weight Watchers meeting tomorrow – I hope the scale shows prgoress as I had a good week..
