Daily Snap & This Week’s Menu

Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend really was so great. I kicked off the weekend with a 2 lb loss which reinforced the adjustments I am making are working. Saturday was busy with chores, shopping and baking cookies for our friends.

This morning I was up early so I took advantage of that doing a bit of meal prep. I made a lasagna we will bake tomorrow and boiled some eggs before heading out to meet my friend for a fun filled food and hiking day. Today’s eats may seem like a lot but I made some smart choices, ate only until satisfied and shared everything. I also made sure I earned every bite with a big Tower Hike.

Daily Snap Recap:B: Healthy Eggroll (3 sp), blueberries

S: Tall Nonfat Cappuccino with caramel on top (2 sp) for the 1+ hour drive

L: 1 1/2 vegan fresh spring rolls (3 sp), 1 cup drunken noodles (6 sp), 1/2 cup Thai Basil Shrimp (2 sp), 1/3 cup brown rice (2 sp), 1/2 cup chicken chow mein (5 sp)

D: I am proud I ordered the Greek Salad with chicken (6 sp) so I only ate 1 small piece of deep dish sausage & mushroom pizza (6 sp)

36 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 19K steps, 8.3 miles, 83 floors climbed!

HERE IS WHAT IS ON THE MENU THIS WEEK:

  • Lasagna Belmont (an updated version of this recipe), salad
  • WW Tuscan Chicken Sausage Stew
  • BLTA with egg
  • BBQ chicken, Greek Salad or Greek Pasta Salad
