Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend really was so great. I kicked off the weekend with a 2 lb loss which reinforced the adjustments I am making are working. Saturday was busy with chores, shopping and baking cookies for our friends.
This morning I was up early so I took advantage of that doing a bit of meal prep. I made a lasagna we will bake tomorrow and boiled some eggs before heading out to meet my friend for a fun filled food and hiking day. Today’s eats may seem like a lot but I made some smart choices, ate only until satisfied and shared everything. I also made sure I earned every bite with a big Tower Hike.

D: I am proud I ordered the Greek Salad with chicken (6 sp) so I only ate 1 small piece of deep dish sausage & mushroom pizza (6 sp)
