Hi all! Thank you all for sharing your drink ideas on yesterday’s post. I am totally with Lisa. The Spindrift drinks are only 13 calories so I am a total Weight Watchers rebel and refuse to count a point for it. Today was officially The Husband’s birthday and I’ve had fun spoiling him all day long. We met for lunch at Don Perico for some delicious Mexican food. Dinner involved all of his favorites. Mediterranean Olive bread with balsamic dip to start. Big steaks grilled with these Smashed Potatoes, green beans and corn on the cob. I really wanted to like beef for this meal but in the end I stuck to the sides which were carberrific!

Here are the grilled steaks with homemade garlic basil butter I made him – he loved them and devoured both! I tried a bite but nope – too beefy for me.
