Happy Monday all! Phew ~ I spent all day Cooking with Beer on Saturday and all day Sunday creating my posts about Beer for you all. I think I am officially all “beered” out at the moment and I promise this is my last post until tomorrow night
The crazy part is that I have STILL been taking pictures of everything I have eaten LOL. Since there is too much to catch up on my meals, I will pick up with my daily eats tomorrow.

YEAH…weekly menu…my favorite!! Anything lemon and I’m in…can’t wait to see the recipe! Made light & fluffy lemon pancakes for breakfast on Easter and the were yummy! I gotta find that beer!!

So funny! I made lemon curd filled cupcakes with lemon whipped frosting last week! Although mine were made with just regular lemons… But DAMN! They were so good! I don’t even like frosting, and I loved them. My husband isn’t a cake fan, and he LOVED them. There is something about fresh lemon… AH….
