Happy Tuesday all!! How was your day? I kicked off my day with a 40 minute treadmill workout. I love how good it makes you feel ‘after’ you have finished and it totally sets the tone for the day.
I didn’t realize until tonight that every meal I had today involved a tortilla.
Healthy Eggroll and berries (3 sp).I grabbed a tall nonfat cappuccino to get through the 2 hour meeting at the start of my day. (2 sp).
Late morning, I snacked on a banana plus 1/2 cashews (3 sp).I ‘wrapped’ up my lunch before leaving the house this morning 🙂 and that allowed to fit in an hour long lunchtime walk.
La Tortilla Lite flour tortilla, 1 spicy pepper jack laughing cow cheese wedge, 2 oz turkey, greens, pepperoncini, tomatoes. 3 spServed up with salt & pepper cucumber chips.Plus a big bowl of watermelon.I can admit that we totally planned tacos tonight for Taco Tuesday.
I started out with two tacos:
2 Mission Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas topped with turkey taco meat, 2% sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, hot sauce, green onion & a little guacamole.They were so good! Partly due to their deliciousness and partly due to the fact I was still hungry, I had another.
