Happy Monday all! Today I decided to give a class at my new gym a try. The title and the description didn’t scare but maybe it should’ve.

Omg, it was so intense and hard, but, I survived even if I may have been working out the opposite side of the instructor and I can feel my sore muscles already. I love the cardio intervals and I had never worked out with a Bosu ball.
Before heading out, I cooked up a 1 WWFreestyle SmartPoint Ham, Veggie & Egg Scramble for us.It’s super easy to make this scramble. I chopped up a little onion, bell pepper, mushroom and 5 slices Canadian bacon. Cook in a skillet sprayed with non- spray over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.Whisk together 4 eggs, a splash of milk, hot sauce, salt and pepper.Pour mixture over veggie mix and reduce heat to medium low to slowly scramble.When your eggs are almost set add a sweet bite with tomatoes and fresh bite with cilantro or basil.Tadah! Easy right?! I actually chopped up my lunch while this cooked too.I made this 3 Smartpoint Crunchy Tuna Salad and scooped it up with 9 Trader Joe’s Social Crackers (4 sp).Served up with watermelon for dessert.Late afternoon (about 5 hours later), I grabbed a banana and Jarlsberg Mini Swiss Cheese (2 sp).I also snacked on a nectarine on my drive home to keep me in check while I put our Lazy Chicken Enchilada Casserole together.1 slice for 7 Smartpoints topped with a little zero point Greek yogurt and a side salad with balsamic (1 sp).Layers and layers of cheesy, chicken, tortilla goodness.18 WWFreestyle Daily Smartpoints, 10K steps
