Happy Friday Eve all! I had so many titles in my head for this post but decided to go with the one that described my favorite dish of the day. My coworker gave me this super cool Sriracha Salt and told me to try it on oranges. While I’m a fruit purist, it was definitely fun to try my citrus kicked up with a little salty spice. It really does go good together. I also used this salt on my Eggroll. I like that it’s spicy, Garlicky, sweet and salty in one. I bet it would be awesome on popcorn too.
Lunch was leftovers from burrito night made into a salad and scooped up with my favorite new chips. It probably should read I eat this salad so I can have those chips lol!
Do you ever have a day where you want to eat everything as soon as you walk in the door?? This happens to me occasionally…Sometimes I’m successful and others not so much. The good thing is I stopped with the olives and cheese recognizing I didn’t really need to eat them.
Dinner turned out to even better than I imagined despite my major mistake. I had everything ready to go and when I went to drain the noodles for some unknown reason I dumped them in the raw shrimp colander. Yep, I would’ve totally been chopped on Chopped for that. I not so quickly started over and cooked the other have of the pasta box. Glad I had not cooked it all as I pondered making the entire box at first.

Hi Danica: I love fixing a taco salad for our dinner. For me, there is something so pleasing having the cool lettuce, tomatoes, etc., with the warm taco meat. I need to fix this soon.

I love that they make perfect buckets yet they are still a light chip. I’m kinda weird but I like the bubbles in chips and these have a few like that. More importantly, they are substantial enough that one serving feels like enough.
