Hi all! Today was one delicious day. I had every intention of having a lunch time repeat of yesterday. I love those burgers and slaw. Then, a group of my coworkers came into my office and declared they were having Thai at Mini Mango. All thoughts of my lunch left my mind as I said Yes!
I mean, how can and why would you say no to that….and I sampled everything without going overboard. We even had leftovers that I didn’t take.
I actually planned to balance out my day at dinner when The Husband made us dinner – surprise! Bambino’s and Taylor’s salad. I think I found it funnier than him that I accidentally bought the Garden Chopped Salad (think bacon, sunflower seeds, cranberries – so good!) Instead of the Mediterranean blend he wanted. I do think it was big of him to make it anyway when he doesn’t like fruit in his salad. I lol’d as he picked around the cranberries.
Definitely a higher point day….when in Rome…eat as they do and enjoy every single delicious point, track it and know your still 100% on program!

I made the lemony coleslaw this weekend along with a skinny macaroni salad. Both were delicious.
