Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend was relaxing but busy as we kicked off The Husband’s birthday week. Saturday we went to the Farmers Market, breakfast then relaxed most of the afternoon. I did a little testing out on my Air Fryer but only made these Zucchini Chips. I still need to test out more recipes before I weigh in…but I have to say, it was fun to use and I may have gotten a little excited when I opened the pan to see them turning golden and crisp after 5 minutes.
This morning, we were up early to head to the Sacramento Antique Fair then to a counselor show before heading to Togo’s (his favorite sandwich shop) for lunch. We did a little vacation planning and then I whipped up these awesome Korean Turkey Burgers using this Kalbi Marinade.

I really want to get an air fryer because I think it will improve my life greatly but I dont have the room for one. One day 🙂 Elizabeth
I love my air fryer for everything. Not only is it quick but the no oil feature has allowed me to have ‘guiltless(?)’ foods I haven’t enjoyed for years. Especially enjoyable are chips with all sorts of vegetables.
