Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend was actually pretty good. I am super excited I continued my losing streak down another 2.4 lbs. While I didn’t get in an official workout or hike this weekend, I did hit over 10K steps both days running around everywhere.
Today we walked the Alameda Antique Fair and I took The Husband to the Chinese food place I love. This time, I left the chow mein behind but devoured all the Kung Pao Chicken. When I get hungry, I’ll keep dinner light but as of now, I am not there yet.

D: Watermelon….I think as I am not hungry but will most likely have zero point fruit

Enjoy reading your blog and about your adventures. Have you tried East Ocean Seafood Restaurant on Webster when you are in Alameda. Love that place. I also love Mikuni in Roseville and referred to your blog about what to order and the points. I tried the Kaiser roll and the BBQ tuna – both were amazing and shard with a friend. Do you have any idea how much the sauce counts for in the BBQ Tuna. thanks.
